NEW SERVICE SIGNUP

To request New Water Service, please complete the information below. After inputting the Name, Email, Telephones, Occupant Code, Service Address and Billing Address information, click on SUBMIT to send/submit your request to the Apache Junction Water District office for review and approval. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). All payments and information must reach water customer service office by 1:00 PM MST Monday through Thursday.

Activating new water service can be processed through our web site or visiting the water customer service office (300 E Superstition, Building D, Apache Junction, AZ 85119) in person.
The following information must be received prior to water service turn on and can be scanned and emailed to webmailwater@ajcity.net or faxed to the following number (480-288-6623).
  • A picture ID, and one of the following documents:
  • If purchasing a home, customers will have to provide a closing settlement page showing date of closing, name and address.
  • If renting, you will need the same basic information, plus a copy of your lease, and property owner’s name, address and phone number.
It is your responsibility to make sure that internal plumbing is water tight and that all valves on the premises are closed before contracting for water service. In all circumstances, Apache Junction Water District will not be responsible for damage caused by leaks or open valves beyond the Apache Junction Water District owned water meter.
